Luckily for us the house on the other side is 90% move-in ready. The only thing that's missing is the Murphy bed I want to install. It's been cleaned and left pretty damned impeccable by the previous owners, which is super nice.

I am getting closer to murder these days, I won't lie. The only thing that's keeping me from doing it is that I think she at least believes she is reciprocating to the best of her ability. I think she is perhaps underestimating how much she actually can do, but that's a different story.
