She has been a real trooper about this, but I don't know how much more she can take. We've had three managers, my Director, and two Director Generals trying to sort this out and it's still not done. It's just bonkers.
Once we get this sorted, though, she'll be well set. It's a good, steady job with great benefits and the actual salary is competitive. Given that she's in her fifties, there aren't *too* many other job options out there even under the best of circumstances.
I just want her to get paid what she is owed. I feel like that's really not too much to ask.
