I knew I forgot to talk about something! It's because I discussed it on Twitter beforehand and thus didn't need to get it out of my system anymore.

Yes, MOAR WOMEN would have made this much better. I retweeted an artist who'd re-imagined Baze and Chirrup as women, and honestly, I would have been 200% there for that (much like the older badass women in Mad Max: Fury Road).

I still enjoyed that the Resistance was 90% POC, women, and undifferentiated fish aliens (sorry, Mon Calamari). I assumed that the latter were present in large numbers because their leader was one of the most gung-ho about going after the Death Star plans, although more aliens would have been fun. Star Wars still has a not-enough-women problem, but they did a 180 on POC, so I'm optimistic for the future, especially as they had a woman in the main role, and at least three other speaking roles for women (which is a 400% improvement over the first Star Wars!).

As for the baking, I don't know what any of those are except for macaroons, but I will look into it! Gluten-free flours are an option, but they're expensive, and this is all out of pocket for me.
