I was more surprised that Jyn and Cassian got their little bit at the end. i am otherwise pretty much onboard with your assessment - I had some other issues, like the completely lack of women in the volunteer squadron, and the underrepresentation of alien races in the rebellion outside of the Mon Calamari. As for baking - have you considered chocolate frogs/maccaroons/haystacks? Just make sure the chocolate is gluten free and you should be set! The other option is to start looking into gluten free flours. I know there's a lot of recipes out there, at least
