That house is ADORABLE! I can see why you love it! Good luck with things!

(the house hunting dreams are never stressful, unless it's one of the dreams where I'm looking for the bathroom and for some reason the house doesn't HAVE any....the houses just go on forever, have weird passages, bedrooms with pea green carpeting tacked on to foyers with marble flooring)
