I'm becoming quite convinced that George does this sort of thing just to mess with you! He's a lovely cat, very snuggly, but it hides his inner badass.
Leave some tuna outside the door he left from. If he's within smell radius, he'll be on that stuff like.. like a glutton cat on tuna :) Either that, or you'll have an assortment of extra cats at your door!
*giggles* If you have a lot of strays in the area, I pretty much guarantee it!
From what I know of George, he's pretty familiar with the outside of his house and is confident in being outside. I'd say that he's unlikely to actually get lost or freak out about being outside the way a lot of indoor cats would!
