I've been "training" a noob for about two weeks; he's been with us for almost three months at this point. I'm pretty much babysitting, and I'm bored out of my skull. I keep refreshing my friends page expecting something to change. I read the same dozen blogs over and over. I look at craigslist. Read the same headlines over and over. It's .... painful.
