Erg that annoys me just hearing about it. We have someone in my office who was staying late for (paid) overtime, and was spending the vast majority of that time on personal calls.

He's now the only one on the team who is not authorized for overtime, and everyone knows why. I still wish they would have just fired him. Sigh.
