Factoring in conversion to Canadian dollars, that's pretty much what we make. We get a decent shift premium, too, and overtime.

Considering the municipal and fire dispatch here make about 2/3 of that, we consider ourselves very well paid.

Also, my gross salary was about $12K higher thanks to OT this year. ;)
