Fish!

I think I want to make an exciting fish-based meal next week. Maybe Monday or Tuesday. It'll have to be Monday or Tuesday, 'cause I won't be home the other days of next week.

Suggestions? I know my flist is full of talented chefs. :)

Oh, in the oven, I use an uncovered cooking dish.
Because I don't have one that has a cover.

But probably it would help keeping the flavor in.
Still works though.
